I have a new noise its a chirp sound and starts at low speeds under 30 sounds and goes away sometime above 30 sounds
like a bearing maybe D30 pinion as it looks to be leaky looking or I thinking driver side Hub, as I have wheel wobble on that side of the jeep when I take off rapidly then smooths out....still could be drive shaft and pinion though.
I was thinking of dropping the front drive shaft and seeing if that fixed the noise problem...any other suggestions?
I have def come to the conclusion that its time to drop the transfer case as its stressing the pinion.

I have see this twice now and I'm leaning to this...
You have 'angry sparrows'. You need to pull your front driveshaft and have the double cardon joint rebuilt. It's a fairly common problem on the front shafts as they get more junk in them. especially if you hit mud at all.
Trust me. Rebuild the front shaft and you'll be good2go!
