I'm looking for the attachment this guy is using in the die grinder below but I don't know the name of it. I'm looking abrasive barrel type sanders for my die grinder in larger sizes, like 1" - 2."

also depending on what your trying to do a flap wheel might be better

I want to be able to open up and clean up a curved cut, like cleaning up a hole after hole sawing through plate or notching tube.

I picked up a "barrel sander" kit from HF. We'll see how it works..

It didn't work at all..the kit even states "not for use with pneumatic tools."
Each one of the barrels of sand paper pretty much exploded right away..

The kit includes a rubber drum, the paper barrels slide over the drum.
The stone that Garry posted may do it but it's not exactly what I had in mind.

I'm working on something like in the picture I posted at the top where I need to grind on something that's hard to reach with a standard 4.5" flap wheel. I've got plenty of flap wheels so please don't worry about going out of your way.

Andy, he's talking about a drum, with flaps of sandpaper coming off of it... Like a Dremel "flap wheel"

Spiral band drum.
We sell Sait and they are by far the longest lasting abrasive I've used. IT costs a little more but lasts 3x as long. Great stuff
